From a young age I've had the ability to feel energy. Training in Reiki was a natural step for me to enhance my natural healing ability. I will sense shifts and changes in the body throughout sessions, intuitively knowing where on the body to focus on.

I aim to uplift, heal & empower Women (this includes Cis & Trans Women) through my Reiki work. I also focus on helping women connect with their feminine power & heal emotional wounds. 

 

Reiki is a Japanese form of healing with Earth energy. It is a hands on, or above the body, healing technique, allowing the practitioner to channel energy to the client for their healing on all levels.

Seichem (pronounced say-keem) works in harmony with Reiki as it’s base. Reiki Seichem is used to call in the energies of the four elements, Reiki: Earth, Sakara: Fire, Sophi-el: Water and Angelic Light: Air.

Seichem means “make complete” . This energy completes the healing rays, enhancing psychic awareness and connection to the angelic realms.

Seichem connects with our higher selves to establish healing on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. The energy is also used to stimulate your life force energy.

When our body experiences trauma it often gets stuck in our body and energy system. Emotions and limiting beliefs can also interfere with our body's natural energy flow. Reiki Seichem allows our energy to balance and flow, releasing and clearing anything in the way of our truth.

Part of my healing sessions I also use Crystals, Aromatherapy & Healing Sounds in the room to create a transformative, cleansing environment. I also work with an awareness of Angels and chakra rebalancing. ​​​
