Awareness of You – Therapy Sessions

These sessions are an invitation to return home to yourself.
Together, we explore the layers of your story—bringing awareness to the patterns, beliefs, and energies that may be shaping your life beneath the surface.

Through gentle yet powerful processes, you will be supported to:

• Rewrite limiting belief systems

• Process and release trauma held in the body and mind

• Revisit and heal childhood memories

• Gain clarity and awareness around your behaviours, patterns, and relationships

I work with Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and Matrix Reimprinting, blending science and energy work to help clear old imprints and open space for new possibilities.

Transformative Session (only available in person)

These sessions are a sacred space for deep healing and self-discovery. Guided intuitively, each session is unique and tailored to your needs in the moment. Together, we weave practical tools with spiritual wisdom to support you in releasing what no longer serves you and stepping into greater alignment with your true self.​

Women's Reiki Seichem Healing (only available in person)

Reiki Seichem is an expanded form of Reiki that works not only with universal life force energy but also with the elemental rays of earth, water, fire, and air. Together, these energies support deep healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

In each session, I tune into your energy field to sense where blockages are held, gently releasing trauma and restoring balance. Guided by spirit guides, angels, and the wisdom of the Earth, the healing unfolds intuitively, bringing clarity, calm, and renewal.

This is your time to release, realign, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space.

Children's Sessions (16 and under)

I offer gentle, tailored sessions to support children’s mental and emotional wellbeing. Using EFT Tapping and Matrix Reimprinting, children are guided to release worries, build confidence, improve focus, and feel calmer within themselves. These approaches are safe, adaptable, and can be practiced in playful ways—even using a teddy bear for tapping—helping children feel supported, understood, and empowered
